Many of our clients have started announcing or rolling out their "return to office" policies for the year. While the progress toward normalcy feels SO great, it does make planning your company team-building events a little bit more complicated. Should you wait it out or risk cancellation and do in-person? Should you stick with virtual? And how do you know whether you're making the right choice?

Last year was filled with uncertainty, as we all tried to make sense of the first pandemic of our lifetimes. It's still early January, but this year continues to point toward uncertainty, as vaccine distribution is rolling out, but the COVID spikes are still extremely high.

So, what does that mean for events in 2021? Should you be planning for virtual or in-person? What's the timeline? 

And just like that, it's already December. There are only a few weeks left in 2020 (good riddance, honestly), and only so many workdays before the holidays are upon us. But if you haven't had the time or bandwidth to get a holiday party scheduled, don't panic, and definitely don't feel bad!

But definitely DO consider January, and kicking off the new year with a bang!
